Expression of PDGF-D in Patients with Valvular Atrial Fibrillation

Abstract: A total of 84 patients who needed valve replacement due to rheumatic heart disease were selected. There were 39 patients in the atrial fibrillation group and 45 patients in the sinus rhythm group, respectively. The medical history, examination and examination results of the patients were collected and combed. The right atrial tissue (0.3-0.5 cm 3 ) was obtained during the operation. In this study, the content of collagen in the right atrial tissue of patients in the two groups was determined, and the patients in the atrial fibrillation group and the SR group were measured and compared by real-time PCR and Western-Blot.
